I came to Shaun because I was in need of help to reach very specific fitness goals. I originally thought it would be pretty straightforward what to do in order to reach those goals. What I never realized, is that Shaun has such a vast breadth of knowledge, I have learned so much about how every movement and every session builds upon the last, towards making me more physically capable than I’ve ever been. He really makes sure to take care to set a safe pace for any fitness plans he works on, so I know I won’t be overwhelmed or feel like I can’t achieve my goals. Where I previously avoided exercise like the plague, I look forward to it because it’s so enjoyable, and at our sessions, I get a chance to learn more about how the exercises we are doing are improving my strength and endurance. SC Training and Coach Shaun are excellent. A while ago, I hurt my pretty badly. Ever since then, every time I work out I’m nervous to re-injure it. However that has NEVER happened while working out with Shaun. He knows how to gently stretch the correct muscles before working out, and how to adjust every exercise so that there are no problems. The best part is, there’s no compromise to the workout. I feel accomplished while not feeling injured.Read more
For years, I've struggled with a recurring back injury that has sent me to the ER on more than one occasion. I've tried physical therapy over and over again, chiropractic care, massage, and more.
